Vernon Downtown Association Sunshine Festival

Kick off the start of Summer with one of Vernon's most iconic events, as six city blocks in Downtown Vernon are transformed into a vehicle-free playground for children and adults!

The 30th Annual Sunshine Festival is presented by Vantage One Credit Union. 

This free event takes place on Saturday, June 15th from 10am-5pm. It will showcase our own downtown businesses and a some outside of our BIA vendors. 

Play games, meet mascots, listen to live music, find new treasures, eat, dance, shop and so much more! Grab the squad and bask under the Okanagan sun with these attractions and more: 

• The Food Zone consists of food trucks, picnic tables w/umbrellas, chairs under a large tent, the main stage for bands (on every hour from 10am - 5pm) and more. 
•  Children's music, games and other activities, will be happening on the 2900 block. 
•  The main music stage, will be on the 3400 block. Along with The Food Trucks. 
• Countless vendors and eateries, plus food vendors throughout 30th and so, so much more.
