Historic O'Keefe Ranch Corn Maze

The Historic O’Keefe Ranch’s corn maze is back for the season! Come down to the ranch to find your way through the corn maze, and look out for 16 historical facts about corn on your way through! You can also come see the various buildings on the ranch, like the O’Keefe mansion built in 1886 and the first general store in the Okanagan, to learn more about and immerse yourself in local history.

The Ranch was founded in 1867, and in its earliest days was at the end of the wagon road into the Okanagan Valley and the site of the stagecoach depot. It was a small, self-contained community, with a Post Office, blacksmith shop, grist mill, and even its own church and cemetery. Many of the original buildings still exist, and are a delight to explore. Historic O’Keefe Ranch tells the story of early BC Ranching and endeavours to preserve the history and culture of the early ranching era for future generations.
